At CraftAndClarity, all products are delivered as digital downloads and are available instantly after purchase.
1. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not generally offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:
- If the product was not delivered after payment.
- If a duplicate purchase was made in error.
- If required under applicable consumer protection laws.
